How do i get paid when i join as a eBuddy?

How do we review and verify eBuddy profiles?
All service providers, must take a selfie holding their government-issued ID card to verify their identity and age. They are not allowed to accept any orders until this verification is complete. Babes who successfully verify their identity will have a green card icon displayed on their profile.
What is the commission on credit withdraws ?
It is a 25% platform fee and 0.29 SGD fee for Credit withdrawal. The commission on withdraw keeps the platform operates and allow us to market for more clients. Thank you for your support!

Violations will result in an immediate ban from the platform, with no credit refunds. This applies to all users, with or without a Premium subscription.
Do you support off-platform transaction?
We DO NOT support off-platform transaction. Any user who exchanges contacts before a payment is made, will result in account suspension. Our on-platform transaction by using Credits protects your personal information and prevent you from getting scam. We ban users who are trying to do off-platform transaction. When a client pay through our platform, they have agreed on the terms of servcies stated on our website.
When should i refund?
Common refund reasons include harassment, non-consensual recording, negative attitude, and suspicious transactions. If you ever feel uncomfortable during an order, you should leave immediately, request a refund, and report the incident using the report button on our website. Please note that the refund window is 5 days from the date the order is sent. This date is provided at checkout before you make the payment. Completed orders cannot be refunded, especially if the credits have already been released to the service provider.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you encounter a service-related issue, you may open a dispute through our support team. Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eBuddy reserves the right to make the final decision. Where we verify clear service failure, harassment, or fraudulent conduct by a service provider, we may issue credits back to your balance at our sole discretion. Misuse of the dispute process — including frivolous, repeated, or false claims — may result in account suspension. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
How do I get paid on eBuddy?
After you receive an upfront payment, the amount is held as Pending Credits in escrow. Once the client leaves a review confirming the service is completed, the credits are released to your Income Credits, which you can withdraw as cash. If the client doesn’t leave a review, the Pending Credits will automatically be released within 6–12 days, depending on your completed services and commitment level, ensuring you still get paid without manual confirmation.
What if the client doesn’t leave a review to confirm the service is completed?

Can I get paid immediately after I completed my service?
Yes! Your client is able to transfer the Pending Credit to your Income Credit immediately after they have have confirm that the service is completed.
What is Balance Credit?
“Credit” is a virtual currency used on eBuddy, it can be used to pay for services and tips. 1.00 Credit = 1.00 SGD “Credit balance” is the remaining deposit on your account that could be spent. The money in “Credit balance” is a non-withdrawable currency that can only be spent on the platform.
What is Pending Credit?
'Pending Credit' refers to your Credit income that is within the Security Period (6-12 days). They will be transferred to your Credit Income pool after this period. If you’ve completed less than 3 orders, your Security Period would be 12 days. If you’ve completed 3-14 orders, your Security Period would be 9 days. If you’ve completed over 15 orders, your Security Period would be 6 days.
What is Credit Income?
“Credit income” refers to the income you have generated through providing services and collecting tips. Income can be withdrawn.
